AZ AZ State Lawyer Additional Information: Bio: Becky Cholewka founded Cholewka Law in 2010. Cholewka Law provides legal advice in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, probate, and trust administration. The law firm is located in downtown historic Gilbert. Becky realized the importance of estate planning when her dad died when she was only 19. Through the years, she has seen the benefits of great planning, and the nightmare of poor planning. She is passionate about helping protect families and to keep them out of court. Becky is from a small CA cattle town and is proud to be actively involved in our local community. She is on the Board of Directors for the Power Ranch HOA, and serves on advisory boards for both the Mercy Gilbert Hospital Patient Advisory Council and Mariposa Point Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility. Becky is also the WealthCounsel Arizona Forum Facilitator where she is responsible for the mentoring and continuing education of 150+ estate planning attorneys. Becky and her husband have been married 25+ years and have lived in California, Ohio, and Arizona and have called Gilbert "home" since 2004. She enjoys riding bikes and hiking with her son Will. (Yes- she is an estate planning attorney with a son named Will!) Becky also enjoys traveling (especially to any beach or federal park), rooting for Cleveland sports teams that sadly usually lose, and she is a bit obsessed with watching action movies and taking naps. Many times, the latter occurs simultaneously.
