Dahlia is a past president of the Caribbean Bar Association and the first female president of the association. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; the American Bar Association; Alpha Academy Alumnae Association, (Florida and Jamaica chapters); and The National Association of Professional Women. Dahlia is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Council of Bar Association Presidents.
