Terri Buchalter was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida in 1977 with honors. She earned a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Law School in 1980. Richard Hoffman graduated from the University of Miami Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1980, after graduating from Cornell University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government. Kenneth Dorchak is a life long resident of South Florida. Mr. Dorchak graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 1988 and graduated with Honors from the Florida State University School of Law in 1991. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar since 1991, Mr. Dorchak is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District and has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. During his 26 years of practice Mr. Dorchak has practiced in the areas of personal injury and automobile, homeowner’s, health and disability insurance disputes with a focus in trial practice. Rick Jacobs earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and his law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. Rick Jacobs was admitted to the Florida Bar and served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade before private practice.

José A. Negroni is originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He moved to Tampa, Florida in 1987 and subsequently went to college at the University of Florida in Gainesville where he graduated with high honors from the College of Journalism. José attended the University of Florida College of Law and received his juris doctor degree in 2000. Immediately after law school, José moved to South Florida and began working in the Personal Injury field on behalf of plaintiffs. José became a Master Mason in 2009 and ihe has served as Vice President of Broward for the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida. In addition, Jose is affiliated with the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
