introduction
I do Family Law, which includes simple divorces to modifications of child support and visitation to full blown custody fights, and I do fight.
I do Criminal cases ranging from aggressive representation in serious felonies to misdemeanors, DWI'S and even traffic tickets!
My practice also covers real estate, probate and Personal Injury. This is called "General Practice". How can I be proficient in all these areas? Because I care about the people who hire me. At my office you're not just a client you are a person.
QUESTIONNAIRE
I was able to get custody for a man who had an abuse ex-girlfriend. I was also able to get felony probation reinstated for a boy who slipped back into drugs, ad reduced another mans DWI.
How did you build a successful practice?I built a 40 year practice by fighting for my clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?A client should look for a lawyer that is knowledgeable and cares and will work with them.The client should pick a lawyer who will talk to them when needed.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is essential; I am tuned in to what goes on in my community.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?What the persons legal rights are and how to proceed.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The facts of the case including personal information to advise the person.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I believe no persons case is to small or unimportant to help out with.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect is helping the person and giving them hope.
What are your other interests in addition to law?My wife, my family and my dogs.
Are you involved in your community?I involve my self in the community by helping them with their legal problems.
