For thirty years I have been serving the people of Texas. I do not represent big banks, big corporations, cities or governmental institutions. I have practiced at the same location since 1981 at 434 North Brooks Street, Brazoria Texas 77422.
I do Family Law, which includes simple divorces to modifications of child support and visitation to full blown custody fights, and I do fight.
I do Criminal cases ranging from aggressive representation in serious felonies to misdemeanors, DWI'S and even traffic tickets!

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I was able to get custody for a man who had an abuse ex-girlfriend. I was also able to get felony probation reinstated for a boy who slipped back into drugs, ad reduced another mans DWI.
How did you build a successful practice?
I built a 40 year practice by fighting for my clients.
