About Benjamin
I am an attorney licensed in North Carolina. I primarily serve residents from Durham and Orange Counties.
I designed my practice to offer services as a general practitioner would in the medical field. My goal with every Client is to take a comprehensive view of the Client's legal situation, build a long-term relationship, prosecute the Client's case with dignity, and provide results for a reasonable fee.
I am expanding my practice to offer representation in personal injury and general civil litigation focused on institutional mortgage-servicing and lending behavior. But my primary focus remains defending homeowners against foreclosure.
