Ben completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh and his legal studies at Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia and Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing, China.

Before opening his own practice in Weaverville, California, he worked as a real estate attorney at one of the largest real estate law firms in Los Angeles, a criminal defense attorney in Long Beach, a Deputy Public Defender in Madera County, and a Deputy District Attorney in Trinity County.

Before becoming an attorney, he worked in the solar energy industry, during which he negotiated many multi-million dollar deals in Mexico, Europe, and Asia.

Ben was born and raised in Philadelphia. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He completed his basic training at Parris Island, South Carolina, and served his four-year tour at Pearl Harbor, HI.

Ben has worked in over a dozen countries and traveled to more than fifty. He prides himself in his ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds, nationalities, and cultures, understand their problems, and work closely with them to develop a solution.
