Benjamin R. Messing is a trial attorney with experience in handling litigation involving commercial and business matters, employment issues, real estate transactions, personal injury, and environmental claims. Mr. Messing has a specialized background in litigating complex insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Messing received his Bachelor of Science in History and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University with University and College Honors in 2000. While attending Carnegie Mellon, he completed an internship with the Honorable Max Baer, now a Justice on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2003. After graduation from law school, Mr. Messing completed one year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Charles E. Villanueva, J.A.D., who was tasked with handling all of the complex auto insurance fraud cases in the State of New Jersey.

Proir to joining the firm in the fall of 2007, Mr. Messing worked for the insurance defense firm of Methfessel & Werbel in Edison, NJ. While there he worked on a property coverage team, specializing in insurance coverage defense as well as insurance fraud prosecution.
