About Benjamin
Prior to joining Goldstein & Goldstein, P.C., Ben was an Associate in the New York office of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP from 2009-2015. At Kasowitz, Ben worked on a range of commercial litigation matters for large companies and high-net-worth individuals. He litigated cases in various Federal and State Courts throughout the country, involving matters relating to real estate, gaming, contract and business disputes, and securities litigation. Additionally, Ben was involved in many pro bono matters, successfully assisting clients appealing their Social Security Disability decisions, as well as Holocaust survivors seeking to recoup pensions and payments from the German government.
While in Law School, Ben was on the Board of the Cardozo Moot Court Honor Society, acting as the Competitions Editor and receiving the prestigious Jacob Burns Medal.
Ben is admitted to the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for both the Southern District and Eastern District of New York.
