QUESTIONNAIRE
The most important way to build a successful practice is to be attentive, listen and be available for the client whenever necessary. Client satisfaction is key. In order to achieve this, continued dedication, attention to detail and hard work is needed.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?A client should look for an attorney who cares about them and their plight. The client needs to feel comfortable with his/her lawyer and trust them implicitly.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?Our consultations can cover whatever topics the client deems important. Each consultation is different given the needs of the client.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?Most free consultations require only historical knowledge of the client's situation. Usually if a potential client calls in and the paralegal taking the information assesses the need for additional information, she will let the client know at that time so the client has time to gather the information prior to the initial meeting.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?I am a very ethical attorney who molds her practice depending on her client's wishes and expectations. I am a certified Collaborative attorney and have completed a Mediation Training Course, I also have extensive litigation experience having been in this field exclusively for the past 10 years-I can mold to whatever a client needs-whether they need the amicable, friendly approach to settling their differences or an aggressive advocate in Court. I also am fluent in Spanish and have much experience working with the underprivileged minorities in the community.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?When I have a client who at the end of their case feels as though we have done right by them.
What are your other interests in addition to law?First, I have a big family and they take up most of my time outside of the practice of law-they are my world for sure. I am also very much into fitness. I truly believe that exercise is one of the most underutilized drugs in the United States. I am a triathlete and enjoy every aspect of training and partaking in them.
