Ms. O’Donnell was born in Salem, Massachusetts and is a native of Peabody, Massachusetts where she resides today with her family. She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts (J.D., 2002) and the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts (B.A., 1996). Prior to founding her solo practice, Ms. O'Donnell was a founder and partner at Singer & O’Donnell LLP in Salem, Massachusetts where she handled a wide variety of litigation and contract matters, and successfully handled several trials for her business and individual clients. Prior to that, Ms. O'Donnell was a Senior Associate with a prominent litigation and general practice firm located in Lowell, Massachusetts. Ms. O’Donnell served as a Law Clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court of Massachusetts from 2002 to 2003. She has additional experience clerking for the United States Attorney’s Office, the in-house legal department of Houghton Mifflin Company, and two Boston law firms handling insurance defense litigation and municipal litigation. Ms. O’Donnell was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2002 and admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2003.
In 2011 and 2013, Ms. O’Donnell was named a Massachusetts/New England SuperLawyers Rising Star.
