About Betty

The Burley Law Office has been serving clients throughout Erie, Lorain and Huron counties since 2010.  She returned to school in 2007 as an adult learner and obtained her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (Cleveland State University) in 2010.

Attorney Burley brings both legal knowledge and personal experience to the table.  As a former single mother who experienced both divorce and custody proceedings from the client's view, she brings an understanding of what it is like to fight for property, child support and custody.

The Burley Law Office also helps clients to effectively use the Bankruptcy Code to obtain relief from their bills while retaining their assets to the maximum extent permitted by law. (“We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.”)
