Bob Davidson, Attorney

The law office of Bob Davidson, Jr. was established in 1985. Mr. Davidson has extensive court room experience with over 25 years in the practice of law. His practice includes criminal, traffic, civil, automobile accidents, workers injuries, Social Security disability, Qui Tam and Domestic law.

Mr. Davidson is proud of the success he has had in helping clients in all areas of the law. Every case is important with Mr. Davidson believing a lawyer is only as good as his last case result.

Mr. Davidson has tried or pled hundreds of criminal and traffic cases in both the District and Superior Court. He has filed briefs with the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Mr. Davidson has represented many seriously injured automobile accident victims that have received the type of settlement they deserve. In a recent case, he represented a husband and wife who were hit head on by another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. The couple had catastrophic injuries. With Mr. Davidson's representation, the clients received settlements commensurate with their serious injuries.

Mr. Davidson recently enjoyed working with a woman in a workers compensation claim who seriously injured her shoulder while working at a restaurant. She developed a disease due to her injury known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. Based on her serious injury and long term medical needs, she received a substantial settlement from the insurance carrier. She qualified for Social Security Disability.

Mr. Davidson has a very successful Social Security Disability practice, having handled hundreds of cases in Greensboro and the Charlotte Administrative Court. A lawyer's obligation in Social Security Disability cases is to make sure all the medical evidence is submitted to client's Social Security file prior to the client's Administrative hearing and to represent the client professionally at their Social Security Disability hearing. Mr. Davidson has won a high percentage of his Disability cases.

He has successfully filed on behalf of the Federal Government two Qui Tam cases in Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina, with both of his cases having a major impact. In one case, Physician Assistants were over billing the Federal Government and falsifying billing records. The Physician Assistants were fined and sent to jail. In the other case, major roadway companies were falsifying the testing of asphalt that was placed on our roadways, endangering the citizens of the State of North Carolina. The company was fined commensurately with the damage they did to the citizens of the State of North Carolina.

Domestic law is an area of law that Mr. Davidson takes very seriously. Mr. Davidson, based on his experience, knows what evidence is admissible and what evidence the Court will consider. He will fight for your rights. Unfortunately, many clients believe the most expensive lawyer is the best lawyer. This is a common misconception. Mr. Davidson will fight for you and charge you a reasonable attorney fee.
