Mr. Hoffman is a
Prior to joining the Grant-Dickson Law Firm, Mr. Hoffman was employed for over 10 years at PeopleSoft, Inc., a $3 billion enterprise software company. Mr. Hoffman was also employed for 4 years at Reynolds Metals Company, a $6 billion manufacturing and consumer product's company.
Mr. Hoffman's areas of professional responsibility included: contract interpretation, coordinating bankruptcy activity, commercial litigation and arbitration, negotiating settlement actions, ensuring compliance with international statutory regulations, conducting financial analysis for merger and acquisition purposes, ensuring compliance with sections 305 and 404 of the Sarbanes/Oxley act, and financial preparation and analysis.
