About Brad

I have been practicing law for 38 years in Kane, Kendall, and DuPage counties. My practice is primarily family law. I and I alone will handle your case. You will not be passed over to someone else in the firm. I am your advisor, and I will keep you informed and advise you as to what the law is, what your options are, and what I believe we should do in your best interests. Together we will make decisions regarding your case and future.

I have been licensed to practice in Illinois since 1979. I am a certified mediator and a court appointed Guardian-ad-litem in Kane, Kendall, and DuPage counties. I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association, of which I was chairman of the Family Law Committee. I am a presenter at Kane County Family Law Seminars, where I share my expertise with fellow lawyers, as well as a presenter at Guardian-ad-litem seminars.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University and my J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University. I began my career as a prosecutor in the Kane County State's Attorney's Office, where I prosecuted major felonies.
