Responsiveness, honesty, integrity and the ability to communicate effectively. Availability to answer questions, or to have an office structure that ensures answers to the client's questions and responses to their needs immediately - or, at worst within 24 hours.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very. We operate in a small rural area in the Southwest Virginia region, serving the counties of Tazewell, Russell, Buchanan, Bland, Washington, and the City of Bristol.
