I believe that I have made a big difference in every case that I have handled. To have a client who is involved in family law matters, assisting them through that process, whether by resolution or litigation, and seeing how they have developed the necessary tools to successfully navigate the next phase of their lives.

I believe that to build a successful practice it begins with honesty, integrity, being attentive and listening to the client's needs, and investing effort, energy, and enthusiasm into seeking a successful resolution of their case. Open communication with the client as to all aspects of the case is essential as well.

Honesty, integrity, motivated, hard-working, and able to stay focused on the task and issues at hand. Understanding of the emotional aspects upon clients that are involved in a family law matter.

Local Knowledge is a very important when looking for legal representation. Knowing how a particular Court and Hearing Officer operates can give an edge in a case where the other side does not have that local knowledge

Without being able to see documents and other information that may be required in order to give an informed opinion on the presenting issues, a phone conference would be limited to generalities based upon the attorneys knowledge of the law and procedures in a particular case

The more specific information regarding the presenting issues that client has, the more specific the information and opinions can be provided

I want my clients to know that I'll work hard in the preparation of their case, because they matter to me. On of my strengths is perseverance,and I will exert my full energy, effort, and enthusiasm in researching their issue, in offering solutions, and being prepared to represent them in their disputes in the event that a solution cannot amicably be obtained. My clients should know that I am there advocate, and will invest myself into their case fully to seek a successful outcome.

Being able to successfully assist parties and families through some of the most stressful periods of their life

I would say that my faith, family and friends very important to me. I also love all sports, primarily golf now. I have interests in all types of music, my favorite being country

I have been involved in my community during my lifetime. I have been in the big brother programs for a period of time. I devoted pro bono services to the domestic violence program near my local court. I have been involved in many facets of my church. I have coached many youth sports over a span of approximately 17 years.
