About Brandon
Prior to joining AMC, Mr. McMurtray has had a number of successes in both federal and state courts. He obtained judgment on the pleadings in a multi-million dollar legal malpractice action involving multi-state municipal procurement contracts one month before trial and after nearly two years of contested litigation.
Mr. McMurtray also obtained dismissal of an ADA claim and remand to state court in an employment discrimination action. He represented a client in an administrative proceeding before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing that was resolved at the investigation level without citation or formal enforcement proceedings.
His focus at AMC will be on the defense of employment litigation cases.
