About Brandon
Brandon M. Northington is a Junior Partner at the Law Office of Darrell Robinson. As a newly-minted attorney, Mr. Northington worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Charles County State’s Attorney’s Office. He then went on to serve as Staff Counsel for GEICO, defending hundreds of GEICO’s insureds in automobile accident lawsuits. Having worked for a major auto insurer, he knows how to properly evaluate a case to maximize the possible best outcome for his clients.
Mr. Northington devotes his free time to serving his community, as reflected through his involvement in local church and community awareness organization. Brandon is a proud Eagle Scout and is a member of the Hampton Alumni Association, American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erika, family and friends, reading, movies, and a good game of spades.

Just a few weeks ago I was able to settle a case for a lady in the high 5 figures. She was very satisfied as she had lost her job due to covid.
How did you build a successful practice?
By serving as staff counsel for an insurance company, I have learned how they operate which has allowed me to better serve my clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Competence and experience, both of which I have.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Very! I have tried cases across the state of Maryland and DC and have a pulse of the Judges allowing my know how to best present a case before a certain Judges.
