Brendan D. Hennessy, Esquire is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and focuses on Employment Law in Philadelphia, Chester County and the surrounding areas.

Hennessy Law Firm serves both employers’ and employees’ needs through representation at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (“PHRC”) and in Federal and State Courts.  Mr. Hennessy also teaches a Master’s level class on Employment Law at a Villanova University.

Mr. Hennessy graduated from St. Joseph’s University and Temple School of Law where he served on Temple Law Review and the Moot Court Board.  In Law School, Mr. Hennessy received the Kranzel Award for the best article in the area of federal law.  He also received various awards for excellence in advocacy, including the Moot Court Alumni Award.   Over much of the past decade, Mr. Hennessy has handled litigation and alternative dispute resolution in a wide variety of cases.  On behalf of large employers and/or individual employees, Mr. Hennessy has appeared before EEOC, the PHRC and in courts in hundreds of employment cases.

Having represented both employers and employees in the past, Mr. Hennessy has gained a unique perspective to assess your case and to best protect your interests, whether on behalf of management or on behalf of an individual employee or former employee.  He believes in realistic advice from the first consultation and compassionate representation in every case.
