About Brendan
Brendan McQuiggan is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and a member of the Reinsurance Practice Group.
Mr. McQuiggan specializes in the litigation and arbitration of reinsurance coverage disputes, representing insurance and reinsurance companies in arbitrations, mediations, and litigation involving property, casualty and life insurance, and counsels clients on complex reinsurance claim and contract issues.
Mr. McQuiggan received his B.A., with high distinction, from Pennsylvania State University in 2004, and his J.D., cum laude, in 2007 from Temple University Law School. While at Temple, Mr. McQuiggan clerked for the Honorable Seamus McCaffery of the Pennsylvania Superior Court and was an associate editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. McQuiggan is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. McQuiggan is a member of the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
