Brennan Scott Murray, Attorney

Brennan Murray is an experienced Arizona attorney at My Arizona Lawyers. My Arizona Lawyers, PLLC welcomed Brennan Murray to our family in 2020.  We are very happy to have Brennan as a part of our family law team.  Brennan Murray is an experienced Arizona Family Law Lawyer.  Brennan’s areas of practice include:  Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Temporary Orders, Establishments, Modifications, Spousal Maintenance, Protection Orders, and other AZ Family Law services.

Brennan Murray, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, has lived in the valley throughout his life.  After obtaining his undergraduate bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University, he attended Arizona Summit Law School where he graduated in two and half years, opting to study throughout the summers and gain valuable externship experience with local practices.   

During law school, Brennan ex-terned with a reputable Phoenix criminal defense firm and gained valuable insight into preparing and presenting a comprehensive argument to the court in a high-pressured trial setting.  Additionally, Brennan ex-terned with an insurance defense firm that practiced civil litigation, writing, and settlement negotiation.  During his first year at law school, Brennan was volunteer note-taker for disabled law students.  He participated in numerous moot court events resulting with oral argument experience that he uses today to defend his clients’ positions in Court and was managing editor for the Arizona Summit Law Review Journal.

Brennan was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2018, and is currently active and in good standing.  Prior to joining the My Arizona Lawyers team, Brennan practiced debt collection for two years in Scottsdale, Arizona.  During this time, he negotiated settlements that recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients.   Being the son of divorced parents himself, knows firsthand what families go through during difficult times and is driven to use his first-hand experience to help navigate others throughout the often-difficult divorce process.

Brennan’s idea of a successful case is bringing two unreasonable and different parenting approaches to the table to negotiate a fair and equitable resolution that is in the best interests of the children.  In the event negotiation is unsuccessful, Brennan is both equipped and experienced in trial matters and will provide excellent representation of his clients.

In his spare time, Brennan enjoys golfing, traveling, exercising, and spending time with his fiancée and three dogs.
