Mr. Brian Patrick Conry is an experienced litigation attorney practicing in the areas of deportation defense and criminal defense. Focus areas include deportation cases, serious felony cases and post-conviction relief cases. When you decide to contact Mr. Conry, over thirty years of legal experience will be working for you. Mr. Conry is one of a very small group of attorneys nationwide who have practiced criminal defense in the State, Circuit (State Trial Court level) and Appellate Courts and in the Federal, District (Federal Trial Court level) and Circuit Courts of Appeal as well as practiced immigration law before the Executive Office of Immigration Appeal (EOIR)(the local immigration courts), before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Conry has represented individuals charged with crimes in Oregon in cities such as Portland, Hillsboro, Oregon City, Roseburg, Medford, and Baker City. He has represented individuals charged with crimes in the state of Washington in Vancouver as well as in Walla Walla, Washington. He has represented individuals before the immigration court in Portland, Oregon and Tacoma, Washington.
Mr. Conry is accepting the defense of criminal charges against defendants in Oregon and Washington. He has represented clients throughout the state of Oregon and Washington on criminal and/or Post-Conviction Relief matters. He has had success at all levels of his representation of clients from acquittals in Federal and State criminal jury trials to appellate wins before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Oregon Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit. Clients have been granted relief from deportation in the Immigration courts. In the State Circuit Courts, clients have been granted Post-Conviction Relief (PCR) from convictions that otherwise would have resulted in their deportation and then have been able to resolve their criminal cases without being subjected to new inadmissible or deportable convictions.
