About Brian
Mr. Tetro is an associate in the Subrogation Department, and practices exclusively in the area of insurance subrogation, where he represents major property and casualty insurers on a national and regional basis. He provides representation and counseling to clients from the earliest stages of a property damage claim through the time of trial. His practice also includes representation in private arbitrations, mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Tetro also practices throughout a 25-state territory, utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department. He is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Tetro received a B.A., magna cum laude in 1995 from James Madison University, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1998, where he was editor of outside articles on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He also clerked for Samuel W. Salus, II, of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, wherein he drafted numerous judicial opinions, including an opinion concerning employment discrimination that was published in the Pennsylvania District and County Court Reporter. Additionally, he has presided as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania since 2004.
