Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Estate: I feel great satisfaction successfully representing lawful heirs who have unfairly sometimes illegally not received their lawful share of an Estate. Equally assisting families through one of their - if not their – most difficult times of their lives is extremely gratifying. Real Estate: Untangling Titles, Assisting various Charitable Organizations with community betterment, Preventing Sheriff Sales, Preventing Foreclosures are but a few examples. Personal Injury: Co-Chaired a wrongful death of a three year old child.

How did you build a successful practice?

I used the “I” formula: Insight, Impact, Integrity.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

One they can relate to. I take great pride in my ability to translate the law to my clients into everyday terms to which they can relate.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Not at all. I have successfully raised / opened Estates in virtually every Pennsylvania County. Same holds true for my Real Estate practice where I have serviced clients from one side of the Commonwealth to the other . My marketing brand is aimed towards serving real estate and estate clients in all Counties of PA, a.k.a., "PoPAL". People of PA’s Lawyer.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

Confident in saying every free phone conversation I have conducted results in each potential client having a complete understanding of their circumstance relative to the law. Then I provide a road map / game plan / strategy of next steps and big picture resolution.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

The facts.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

My ability to relate to every person no matter their walk-of-life, socioeconomic status, or geographic locale.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Satisfying clients.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Entertainment, all forms.

Are you involved in your community?

Yes, almost on a daily basis I provide free legal advice not only to my local community but throughout Pennsylvania.
