Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
In March 2021, I negotiated a settlement for $2,875,00.00. A young man was hit by a bus while driving in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a result of the collision, he sustained numerous orthopedic injuries to his lower extremities. After numerous surgeries and pain and suffering as a result of those surgeries, my client made a significant improvement. At the time of his settlement we were able to structure his recovery to allow him to be paid monthly for the rest of his life.
How did you build a successful practice?
Ever since I was a young child, I wanted to be a lawyer and build my own law firm. Over the past 21 years, I have been able to build a successful law firm that is built upon personal service to the client and attention to detail by the firm on all aspects of a client's case.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
The insurance companies and some unsavory lawyers, have spread bad information to the public about personal injury lawyers and the people they represent. It is important for the public to realize, our clients are people just like them that had a bad thing happen to them as result of someone's misbehavior. Most of clients appreciate the significant recoveries we obtain for them, but really wish the incident never happened.

Brining people from deep despair after an accident to a feeling of happiness once the case has resolved. We cannot stop the accident from happening, but we can make sure the client is fully compensated for the pain and suffering they have endured.
