About Brian
Coming from a family of iron workers, firm founder Brian Kent understands the importance of work safety at construction sites. He has combined his passion for helping those hurt and injured on the job in workplace accidents and those who are victims of crime with his expertise in the courtroom. He’s quickly risen up the ranks among the preeminent personal injury lawyers in Philadelphia, having worked on numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar settlements. In 2008, Brian was one of only 35 attorneys in the state of Pennsylvania to be named a “Lawyer on the Fast Track.” In 2011, Brian’s article Workplace Safety was featured in Trial Magazine.
Prior to representing personal injury victims, Brian was fighting for the rights of sexual assault victims as a prosecutor in the Sex Crimes Unit of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. In addition to representing those injured on the job in workplace accidents, Brian draws upon his experience as a prosecutor to represent victims of crime in civil lawsuits. Brian has a Masters in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and currently serves as a lecturer in the trial advocacy program at Drexel University School of Law.
