Cases
Among other matters, Brian is currently defending the subsidiary of an international automobile manufacturer against consumer protection, warranty and tort claims in a multi-district litigation comprised of various class action lawsuits filed across the country. Brian has also defended an international steel company against allegations of trade secret theft, interference with contract, employee piracy and unfair competition, and has successfully represented a major automobile company in multiple arbitrations involving claims of breach of warranty.
