Brian Warfield Holmes
Brian W. Holmes joined the firm in 2002 as an associate and was named partner in 2009. Mr. Holmes' practice is devoted to general civil litigation, with primary emphasis on medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance defense.
Mr. Holmes obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Belmont University in 1999, graduating cum laude, and obtained minor degrees in both History and Spanish. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2002.
Mr. Holmes is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the 6th Circuit United States Court of Appeals.
