About Brittney

Brittney joined the firm as an associate in 2007.

Areas of Practice – Brittney is an associate of the firm practicing in the area of general civil litigation. She is a member of the Environmental Law and Business Law sections of the State Bar of California. She is also a member of the San Diego Lawyer's Club, San Diego County Bar Association and Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego. 

Education – Brittney received her B.A. in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004, and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she was a member of Pro Bono Legal Advocates and Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. She also participated in the Paul A. McLennon, Senior Honors Moot Court Competition and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

Internships/Clerkships – Brittney served as an extern for United States Magistrate Judge Cathy Bencivengo in the United States District Court, Southern District of California in Fall 2006. She also served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office, Southern District of California, Civil Division in Spring 2007.

Outside Interests – In her spare time, Brittney enjoys going to the beach, running and painting.
