Brook has represented hundreds of accused individuals in matters ranging from minor traffic infractions to serious violent crimes. Brook was born in upstate New York and attended college at the University at Buffalo, where he majored in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies. He then moved to Virginia Beach to attend Regent University School of Law. Brook is a member of the local Bar Associations and is an active member of the Community. Since 2003, he has played hockey for the Newport News, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach Hockey Leagues. He is also an annual participant in numerous motorcycle “poker runs” for various charities.
