A native Baltimorean, Mr. Rifkin has spent his career helping people. He graduated college in three years from the George Washington University with distinction, attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he won the prestigious Edwin R. Keedy Cup in Moot Court competition. He returned home to practice law which he has done since 1982. Kirk Seaman, born in 1959, grew up in Baltimore City and attended Baltimore City Public Schools, including the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. He earned an Associate of Arts Degree with Honors in Political Science from the Community College of Baltimore, followed by a degree in Jurisprudence with Honors from the University of Baltimore. He completed his legal studies at the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in 1985. Before pursuing his legal career, Kirk explored various creative avenues. He studied classical guitar at the Peabody Preparatory of Music and taught himself to play the drums. His passion for photography led him to launch a freelance commercial photography business, where he worked with clients such as McDonald's, Marriott Corporation, and March of Dimes, among others.
