Kirk Seaman, born in 1959, grew up in Baltimore City and attended Baltimore City Public Schools, including the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. He earned an Associate of Arts Degree with Honors in Political Science from the Community College of Baltimore, followed by a degree in Jurisprudence with Honors from the University of Baltimore. He completed his legal studies at the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in 1985. Before pursuing his legal career, Kirk explored various creative avenues.
