Our legal fees are based on the market rate for services and estimated time for research, meetings, case filings, investigation, discovery review, case preparation and hearings. All fees for cases are explained at the time of consultation. The fee structures for cases includes flat fee payments, retainer payments with timely payments as the retainer is exhausted and contingency fee payments. The fee structure is determined based on the legal services requested.
