In the last two or so years I made big difference in one clients life by defending a wrongfully accused from an armed robbery charge and in another case defeating a lien which allowed a widow to keep her home.

I built a successful practice by giving good advise, honesty, and hard work, most clients are by word of mouth referral.

Client should look for knowledge reliability and consistency in a lawyer.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is very important in navigating the legal system especially in Bankruptcy where the rules differ from district to district, and trustee to trustee.

I do phone consultations regarding traffic cases but require a face to face meeting for more complicated matters.
