About Bryan
An attorney with considerable trial experience goes a long way. Bryan began representing clients in the courtroom and in trial before he even graduated law school–and he hasn’t stopped. His paper, Medical Malpractice: Litigation, Investments, and Insurance Industry Cycles, exposes the deceit medical malpractice insurers have levied on the public and their doctors for years—blaming injury victims and their attorneys for exorbitant increases in physician medical malpractice premiums. Utilizing econometric regression analysis, Bryan proved that insurers themselves were responsible, through poor investment practices, for disproportionately high premiums they charge to doctors. By misleading the public that the cause of the malpractice rates are due to greedy lawyers, they have obtained improper profits while turning doctors and the public against lawyers who are protecting the public.
