About Bryce

Bryce joined the firm as an associate in 2005.

Areas of Practice – Bryce is an associate of the firm practicing in the areas of general civil and environmental litigation. He has represented clients in both the prosecution and defense of cost recovery and contribution actions under CERCLA, RCRA and other federal and state statutes. Bryce also counsels clients in insurance coverage disputes, trade secret litigation and contract disputes. Bryce is admitted to the California Supreme Court, and the Federal District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Education – Bryce received his B.A. in Environmental Studies, with honors, from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2000. While at Santa Barbara Bryce interned with the Environmental Defense Center, a nonprofit law firm focusing on environmental issues in the Central Coast area. Bryce obtained his law degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in 2004. While at California Western his interest in environmental concerns continued as Bryce served as secretary for the Environmental Law Society.

Internships/Clerkships – As a third year law student Bryce completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Richard Haden (Ret.) in the San Diego Superior Court.

Outside Interests – In his spare time, Bryce enjoys football, snowboarding, photography, travel, music, and movies. Bryce is a member of the Louis M. Welsh Chapter of the American Inns of Court and the San Diego Chamber of Commerce.
