Last Friday---family law case -- I represent wife -- husband cheated on wife -- 14 year old daughter didn't want to see Dad at required visitation -- Ct ordered visitation only if daughter wanted it plus $10,000 attorney fees to my client from dad. How did you build a successful practice? 2. All calls returned within 24 hours...copies of ALL documents provided to client...aggressive in Court but willing to settle where settlement benefits my client. What should clients look for in a lawyer? 3. It helps to know what Judges are predisposed on what issues. What information can you provide in a free phone consultation? 5. I really don't do phone consultations. I offer in office free consults but I think a client would want to see me and I know I want to see the client. What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community? 6. 44 years practice..more Court experience than 98% of the other attorneys. What is the most rewarding aspect of your job? 7. People come to me with their problems whether it be divorce, eviction, criminal charges etc. I am proud that MOST of my clients leave better off than when they first came to see me.
