Chelsie McKay is a litigation lawyer at Miller Thomson. She primarily practices in the area of Family Law, but also has experience in Civil Litigation and Wills and Estates.
She articled with the Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Justice, where she worked in the areas of civil law, public law, and criminal law. This provided her with valuable experience at both the Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench.
Chelsie volunteers with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan in the Small Claims Clinic and has also completed several presentations, including a presentation on the division of pensions upon spousal relationship breakdown.
