About Claude

Me Claude Germain was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2005. A graduate of the University of Quebec in Montreal, he was awarded the first prize of the Bar as well as an honorable mention for having finished first in his promotion. During his studies, Me Germain worked as an intern with the Honorable Yves-Marie Morissette, judge of the Court of Appeal of Quebec. Me Germain practices mainly in civil, commercial and tax litigation as well as in labor law. Me Germain is a member of the Tax and Financial Planning Association.

Since 2008, Me Germain has taught, as a lecturer, property law as well as public law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal and at the Faculty of Political Science and Law of UQAM.

Me Germain is also the author of the booklet "Administrative justice in Quebec" in the book Administrative law published by LexisNexis in the JurisClasseur Quebec collection.
