Jennifer maintains a wide-ranging practice primarily in civil litigation, including commercial and contractual disputes, property disputes, employment disputes, and administrative law. She has represented clients in Provincial Court and the BC Supreme Court. Jennifer also oversees the corporate records department of Davison Law Group.
Jennifer uses her experience from working at many different levels of a law firm to maintain a practical approach to her varied work, providing hands-on services that are client-focused and results-oriented. Jennifer’s deep and abiding care for her clients informs everything that she does in her practice.
Jennifer graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA before obtaining her Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Capilano University in 2011 and graduating from Thompson Rivers University with her Juris Doctor in 2016. Jennifer was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.
Outside of work, Jennifer is a foodie and enjoys cooking, camping, and the occasional round of karaoke. Jennifer is conversant in Vietnamese.
