About Jessica

Jessica Abou-Eid is an associate lawyer at Langevin Morris Smith LLP. With respect to the civil litigation component of her practice, Jessica concentrates on personal injury cases, where she has experience with complex files.

Jessica became an associate lawyer with LMS in 2013 after completing her articles with the firm and following her graduation from the University of Ottawa. She holds both a common law degree (J.D.) and a civil law degree (LL.L.)

Since joining the firm as an associate, she has worked tirelessly with our team of personal injury lawyers to obtain fair and just results for her clients in personal injury/motor vehicle accident files. In her personal injury practice, which includes slip and fall injuries and representing persons who have been denied coverage by their insurance companies, Jessica has successfully represented clients at trials and in mediations. She has been counsel or co-counsel on a number of complex personal injury files.

Jessica is dedicated to her clients and their families and advocates tenaciously for their rights. She is devoted to using her legal skills and diverse background in achieving excellent results for clients and their families.

When not practicing law, Jessica enjoys travelling.
