Prior to becoming a qualified Saskatchewan lawyer and notary public, Louis studied law in Ottawa where he achieved a Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) and Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), both degrees from the University of Ottawa Law School. Currently, Mr. Mercier is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and is a non-practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Mr. Mercier is passionate in the service of his clients and is also highly committed to serving a responsible role in the community in which he works and lives. Mr. Mercier is married and is a proud father. His young son is currently in grade school.
