I try to make a difference in every case. If I do not think that I can make a difference or I am not making a difference, then I withdraw as legal counsel. I have helped single parents with children in various difficult and complex family situations.

I built a successful practice from the ground up.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for someone who is a practising lawyer. Clients should find a lawyer who cares and understands their problems. Clients should look for someone who ideally has some experience dealing with the same type of issues. Clients should look for someone that is going to challenge them and not simply agree with everything that they say.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge helps, but it is rarely the most important factor in any given case.

When my clients are happy because some of their legal problems have been resolved.
