During his law degree Ryan received the David Roberts Award in Legal Writing and the Rosina and Gabriel Iacobucci Prize in Family Law, as well as the Dean’s Entrance Award in 2012. Ryan was President of the UBC Law French Club in 2014-2015 and was a full-time clinic head for the Law Student’s Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) in 2013.
