Stuart Lein has over 35 years of experience in providing effective, quality, legal representation in the areas of criminal law and personal injury law.
Early in his career, he gained extensive experience as a criminal law practitioner both as a crown prosecutor for the Ministry of the Attorney General and then as a defence counsel representing clients on various criminal charges ranging from minor to most serious. He has appeared at all court levels in British Columbia and travels throughout the province to represent his clients.
His other area of practice is personal injury law. He represents individuals with ICBC injury claims or other motor vehicle accident injury claims in the Vancouver area and throughout British Columbia. He has acted on behalf of Clients with a wide variety of injuries resulting from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, and pedestrian accidents.
