• FLORES V. BELL
  Respondents: Attorney for the respondents, Ronald and Melanie Bell. The couple filed an action of negligence in the circuit court against the petitioner, Rafael Flores. The alleged that Flores negligently cause injury to Ronald Bell in a car accident. The issue before the courts was regarding a stipulation that the parties had entered before the trial began. Upon review of the case and the subsequent appeals the judge found that the appeals court had erred in granting the Bell's request. The decision was reversed and the case was remanded back to the appeals court. Special directions were given that they were to affirm the judgment of the circuit court and the costs of the special appeals was to be paid by the respondents.
