About Carol

Carol B. Adelstein received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Cleveland State University in 1985 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1988, where she was the co-recipient of the Moot Court Hugo Black award for oral advocacy.

Carol honed her litigation and trial skills during her ten years in practice at medium and boutique (domestic relations) law firms in Cleveland. In addition, she established a track record of favorably resolving cases for her clients through motion practice and negotiated settlement.

In 1988, Carol left the nationally-recognized firm of Climaco, Climaco, Seminatore, Lefkowitz and Garofoli Co., LPA, where she practiced in areas of complex litigation, labor law, class action, healthcare, and construction law, in order to go on to form her own practice dedicated to providing her clients with the same high caliber representation furnished by top-tier law firms in a more cost-effective and attentive manner.

The more the attorney understands the law on domestic relations issues, including divorce/dissolution, allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, state and local rules, and local practice, the better and more effective the representation will be.

Accomplishing goals that my client desires.
