Carol C. Pierce is an associate in the Firm's litigation department. A graduate of the University of Albany and Albany Law School, Carol served for five years in the Bronx District Attorney's Office, where she rose to the position as a Felony Trial Assistant. During her tenure with the Bronx D.A., Carol prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases from inception to trial.
After leaving the Bronx District Attorney's office and prior to joining the Firm, Carol was in private practice in Washingtonville, where she handled a myriad of civil and criminal matters.
At Albany Law School, Carol won numerous awards, including first prize from the Capital District Lawyers Association, the Senior Prize Trial, and Order of Barristers. Carol also was a semifinalist in the Garielli Appellate Advocacy competition.
Carol lives in Washingtonville with her husband and twin children.
