In business, the firm has deep experience in the telecommunications, entertainment and computer industries, with additional specific expertise in cellular telephone, government contracting, satellite, television and film rights, and software for telecom. We have a solid reputation for timely and reliable assistance, helping companies develop profitable and effective business strategies.
Our offices are located in Staunton, Virginia. Through close affiliation with Fact Law-Business Group, located here and in Helsinki, Finland, the Firm represents European companies that are establishing or expanding operations in the United States, and offers corresponding legal advice on European Community business matters.
Before establishing the Firm in 1994, Mr. Hauptle practiced with several law firms in the Washington, DC area, and with the Office of General Counsel for MCI Telecommunications Corporation, as a commercial litigator and business advisor. Mr. Hauptle is a graduate of Yale University, Marymount University, and the Washington College of Law at American University.
