About Catherine
Catherine P. Sons is a 2006 graduate of DePaul University College of Law, where she was a Dean' Merit Scholar and served as an Associate Editor of the Depaul Law Review. She received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Illinois State University in 2002, where she was a Presidential Scholar and graduated summa cumme laude. She is involved in the firm's transactional practice, including entity structure, M&A work and other corporate matters. She is also active in the firm's complex class action litigation work. Catherine is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
