About Celestine

Ms. Montague is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and a member of the Business Insurance Practice Group and Environmental Coverage Practice Group.  She has a broad range of experience in complex insurance coverage and general commercial litigation.

Ms. Montague manages complex, multi-million dollar cases through all facets of litigation, from pre-trial strategy through post-trial relief, and represents major property and casualty insurers and smaller regional insurance companies on both a national and regional basis.  Her practice includes representation in state and federal court, as well as in private arbitrations and mediations.  She has handled insurance coverage and bad faith matters involving complex and emerging issues, including advertising injury/intellectual property, legal, accounting and other professional liability, environmental liability and bad faith litigation.  She has also represented clients in litigation involving business and commercial disputes, including contractual indemnification and breach of contract claims and shareholder derivative actions.

Ms. Montague received her B.A., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in 1990 from Dickinson College.  She received a Masters in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania in December 1992.  She received her J.D. in 1994 from Temple University Law School, where she was a member of and editor for the Moot Court team.  Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ms. Montague also is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
